BIBLICAL TRUTH

We believe God's Word remains unwavering and without error.

“All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.

UNCONDITIONAL LOVE

We believe in loving without limits because Jesus first loved us.

“We love because he first loved us.”

1 John 4:19

INTENTIONAL GENEROSITY

We believe God has generously blessed us so we can be a blessing to others.

A generous person will prosper; whoever refreshes others will be refreshed. (Proverbs 11:25)

LIVING IN COMMUNITY

We believe we are divinely designed for community and grow stronger together.

And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.

DEVOTION TO PRAYER

We believe prayer deepens our relationship with God and invites His presence and power.

“You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.”

WHERE WE ARE HEADING

Bridge Community Church exists to help people thrive by finding and following Jesus. At the heart of our church is a commitment to connect our Lansdale community with the transformative love of Jesus Christ. We strive to be a bridge, bringing together those seeking hope and those living out their faith.

Through our Sunday services and core outreach initiatives—Boxes of Love and LEAP—we aim to create a welcoming environment where individuals can experience God's love, find support, and grow in their relationship with both the church and Jesus.

BELIEFS

BCC is affiliated with the Assemblies of God and teaches in accordance with the beliefs of the fellowship. Our core beliefs are as follows:

Salvation Through Jesus Christ:

Salvation is received through repentance toward God and faith toward the Lord Jesus Christ. By the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit, being justified by grace through faith, man becomes a child of God, according to the hope of eternal life (John 3:16; Acts 2:38-39; Romans 10:8-13; 1 John 3:1).

Divine Healing:

Divine healing is an important part of the message of salvation through Jesus Christ. While we don’t always understand why God chooses to physically heal some people and not others, we believe that He still brings healing today according to His will and purpose (Isa. 53:4–5; Matt. 8:16–17; James 5:14–16).

Baptism in the Holy Spirit:

After salvation, God gives every believer the Holy Spirit to guide, empower, and remind us of the hope for a full relationship with Him. The Spirit equips us with power for life and service and grants spiritual gifts for ministry. All believers are encouraged to eagerly seek the Father’s promise—the baptism in the Holy Spirit—which was the normal experience of the early Church, as commanded by Jesus (John 14:15-27; Acts 1:4-5 & 8; Ephesians 5:18; 2 Cor 1:21-22).

Second Coming of Christ:

Just as Jesus left the earth, we trust that He will one day return for all who believe in Him. Believers are called to rest in the certainty of His coming and to share this hope with others. Scripture calls His return “The Blessed Hope” (Acts 1:10–11; Titus 2:13; 1 Thess. 4:16–17).
